Our flexible loans help you purchase, refinance, construct and improve real estate for your long-term success. Loan funds are available in a single advance or in a series of multiple advances. The flexible repayment schedule is based on the life of the property and your cash flow.

E-Statements

Simply click on the “Sign up for E-Statements” link here on our website, print out the Consent and Agreement, read the form and fill out the information at the bottom of the last page. Bring, mail, or email your signed Consent and Agreement form. When we receive your Consent and Agreement, we will send you an email along with a document that describes how the sign up process works. You will need to open up this document, save or print it out and then reply back to the Bank. Once we receive your reply, we will proceed with your enrollment in E-Statements.
